The Twentieth Annual Wireless and Optical Communications Conference (WOCC 2011) will bring together technical experts, scholars and business leaders from the North America and Pacific Rim to discuss emerging technologies, innovative research, and business opportunities. The conference will feature a comprehensive technical program consisting of four symposiums, keynote speakers and panels.
