Instructions for Final camera-ready pdf manuscript using IEEE PDF eXpress:

The final manuscript should be a camera-ready PDF file for published in conference proceedings. Please use the latest IEEE template. Paper size: US Letter; Page limit: maximum 6 pages; Use double column and single space like the template. Page margin: right & left: 0.625 in, top: 0.75 in, bottom: 1 in; All fonts must be embedded; No page numbers; No links (URLs), bookmarks, stamps. Check EDAS for paper format errors of your reviewed paper.

Please use IEEE PDF eXpress to convert your PDF file and upload the IEEE PDF eXpress certified file.

If you still have issue to upload file using IEEE template and IEEE PDF eXpress, please try to manually add additional 0.005 inch ( or 0.013 cm) margin on your template before you use IEEE PDF eXpress.

Before submit the final manuscript, you need to fill up IEEE ecopyright form.

Note: You need a full registration fee and presentation in the conference, online or play video, to let your paper included in the conference proceeding published in IEEE Xplore.

    • First-time users
      1. Click 'New Users - Click Here'.
      2. Enter 48579XP for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
      3. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.
    • Previous users, but using it the first time for a new conference

        • Enter 48579XP for the Conference ID, your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account.

      1. When you click 'Login', you will receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click 'Continue'. By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference.
      2. Check that the contact information is still valid, and click 'Submit'.
      3. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.
    • Returning users
      1. Enter 48579XP for the Conference ID, email address and password.

    IEEE PDF eXpress converts the following file types to PDF
    • Rich Text Format
    • Freelance
    • (La)TeX (DVI and all support files required)
    • PageMaker
    • FrameMaker
    • QuarkXpress
    • Word Pro
    • Microsoft Word
    • WordPerfect

Important Reminder

At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the "Regular" or "IEEE Members" rates, even if the author is a student. A registration of "Student" category is not valid for covering the accepted paper. One "Regular" or "IEEE Members" registration can cover at most 2 accepted papers.

The final accepted paper will be included in the confernece proceeding in IEEEXPLORE if it is presented in the conference. To fit the IEEEXPLORE requirements, the final manuscript needs to pass the verification of IEEE PDF xPress Plus and IEEE Crosscheck Portal.
