CALL FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT POSTERS

The organizing committee of WOCC 2026 invites high school students to submit posters showcasing their STEM-related projects and innovations. This poster session aims to promote early engagement in research and provide a platform for students to connect with industry and academic professionals in fields such as:

  • Wireless and Optical Communications
  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Big Data Analytics
  • Robotics, Automation, and Emerging Smart Technologies

Two-Round Poster Selection Process

  • Round 1 – Abstract and Poster Review:
  • Submitted abstracts and draft posters will be reviewed by the Student Poster Committee. Based on quality, originality, and relevance, a group of high-performing submissions will be invited to participate in the on-site poster session and competition at WOCC 2026.
  • Round 2 – On-site Poster Competition:
  • Invited students will present their posters at NJIT during the conference. Committee members will conduct on-site evaluations, including interviews, Q&A, and presentation quality. Based on this, outstanding posters will be selected to receive the 2026 WOCC High School Student Poster Awards.

Submission Guidelines

  • Students must submit a 300-word abstract and a draft of their poster in PDF format by January 1, 2026. Detailed instructions and submission links will be available on the official conference website.
