Communications and Networking to Realize a Smarter World
The 27th Annual Wireless and Optical Communications Conference (WOCC 2018) will serve as an international forum for experts from academia, industry, and government to exchange their novel ideas and latest results on cutting-edge researches and developments in the areas of wireless communications and networking, innovative network technologies and architectures, optical communications and networking, photonics, internet of things, as well as big data analytics and machine learning for communications and networking. Original technical papers are solicited to the following four symposia. They are

Both (1) 2-page Extended Abstracts, or (2) 3-5 page Full Papers are welcome. A
