Please reserve your seat of the complimentary local tour during the online registration of the conference. The tour group takes reservation in a First Come First Serve manner and it could be full very quickly due to limited available seats on the tour bus. We will purchase insurance for you so please make sure you will certainly attend the tour before you select the “Attend” option in the online registration system. Those who reserve to attend the local tour need to report to the conference registration desk at check in. The conference reserves the right to cancel the complimentary local tour due to safety or weather reasons without further notice.
